ENPrivacy Notice — English

This site is a free Mandarin video series on running the finances of a Malaysian business. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising and no analytics. This notice says what it does and does not touch.

Who processes the data. The site is operated by LTT Outsourced CFO, Malaysia. For the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 we are the data user. Contact ltt@lttcfo.com or WhatsApp 011-1955 5538 about anything in this notice.

If you only watch. Nothing identifying you is collected. No registration, no sign-in, no cookie banner, no advertising pixels, no analytics. As on any website, delivering the page involves technical connection data (IP address, browser type, request time), processed briefly by our host and content delivery provider, Cloudflare, to serve pages and prevent abuse. We do not link it to you or keep a copy of our own.

Comments. Some episode pages carry a comment box. If you post, we store exactly three things: the name you type (a pen name is fine, we do not verify it), the comment text, and the time. No email, no phone number, no account, and no IP address stored alongside it. Comments are public — they appear on that episode page for anyone to read and may be indexed by search engines, so please do not put your identity card number, your accounts, client names, or anything else you would not want seen. They are held in Cloudflare object storage and kept as the public record of discussion on that episode. To have yours removed, email ltt@lttcfo.com with the episode, the name used and roughly when you posted.

If you write to us. Your email or WhatsApp message, and what you tell us in it, is kept in our mail and messaging records so we can reply, and afterwards as a business record if you become a client. It is not added to a marketing list and is not passed to third parties.

Stored on your own device. Small values in browser localStorage remember your language and where you were up to; a service worker caches pages so the site works offline. Neither is sent back to us, and clearing your browser data removes both without breaking the site.

Outside services the pages reach. Cloudflare for hosting, delivery and video playback; Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) for the Chinese and Latin typefaces, which lets Google see your IP address and browser type. Links you choose to follow — YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, RedNote, WhatsApp — are governed by those platforms own policies, not this one.

What we do not do. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data; we do not run advertising or advertising trackers; we do not do cross-site tracking or build visitor profiles; and we do not knowingly collect data from children — this material is written for adults running a business.

Your rights. Under the PDPA you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop processing it. In practice, for this site, that usually means asking us to delete a comment. Email ltt@lttcfo.com and we will deal with it within a reasonable time.

Changes. The version and date are at the top of this page. When the site changes, this page is updated with it rather than left standing out of date.
